Maria Bergman

Maria Bergman, came to PGS in 2002 after many years working in various business environments. Her past employment provided valuable experience in human resources and other administrative duties. Maria was the Director of Career services from 2002 to 2025 at PGS and was the link between graduating students and employers. She had helped many graduates find their first job in Gunsmithing along with assisting shops in finding just the right person to fill their position.

Maria wanted to spend more time with her family and grand children so she decided to partially retire and now is our event coordinator and will assist other staff members with various tasks. PGS is grateful to have her continue in service since she has a quiet steady demeanor.

Maria earned an associates degree in special education at CCAC and completed additional coursework at California University in Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Maria loves to cook Italian food, shoot, and play with her German shepherd Rocco!
